Cancel My Order

At Shawleeg, we value flexibility and transparency. This policy explains how customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal can cancel an order, the timeframe for doing so, and how refunds are processed if you change your mind after placing an order.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet started. Because our furniture is handcrafted from solid natural wood, production typically begins quickly after the order is confirmed.

  • If production has started, or if the order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • For international shipments, once an order has cleared customs in the exporting country, it is also ineligible for cancellation.

If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation, you may still be able to return it after delivery under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Include the following details:

  • Your Order ID.

  • The email address or phone number used during checkout.

  • (Optional) A brief explanation of why you would like to cancel.

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are always processed in USD, regardless of your country of purchase. Your bank or card provider will apply the conversion rate applicable at the time of refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • Bank Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. After the 24-Hour Period

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, or if the order has already entered production, been shipped, or cleared customs, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, customers may still use our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the delivery.
